10/10/10 is the date set for the 3rd Annual Catamount Classic - Lacrosse For A Cure. The team is already fundraising and donations are starting to come in! This year we will have 12 top-level college lacrosse teams facing off in an all day tournament. We have a lot of exciting vendors signed on and some amazing drawing prizes lined up. I recently became aware of your Catamount Classic event that happens this 10.10.10. I am helping to produce a worldwide participatory media event the same day to create a movie about the entire world. I would love to talk about how to include your event in ours and possibly have it be featured in our documentary film. The Project is called "One Day on Earth" and here's more info about it:

On October 10th, 2010, our organization, OneDayOnEarth.org will be creating a video time capsule in order to provide a snapshot of this one day all around the world.
Across the planet, documentary filmmakers, students, and inspired citizens will record the human experience over a 24-hour period. By participating in this historic event, you will help capture the diversity of life and culture on this planet. Together we will create a document that is a gift to the world.
More than a film, One Day on Earth is a multi-platform participatory media project.
The flagship of this project is a 120-minute documentary to be released theatrically. Through the One Day on Earth platform we will establish a community that not only watches, but participates.
